Academic rigor

Beetrics was born out of organizational behavior research at the Universitat de València. Our founding team combines experience in psychological assessment and data analytics with publications in top-tier international journals (Q1): Nature Reviews Psychology, Journal of Abnormal Psychology and BMC Psychology.

That knowledge translates into a tool that is not based on intuition, but on models validated to the same standard that the scientific community demands.

Valid and fast measurement

Every question in our surveys has gone through a formal validation process: construct validity reviewed by experts at the Universitat de València and content validity evaluated with real users, with excellent results on both criteria.
